| 我国的亲子抚养规范伴随婚姻家庭立法进程而逐步确立、发展、完善与优化，形成了以基本原则为观念引领的三元制的立法模式，实现了立法表达、司法适用、观念意涵的融合与自洽。其立法表达，优化了亲子抚养规范的立法模式，凸显了亲子抚养规范的伦理追求；其司法适用，重在细化亲子抚养规范的适用规则，破解亲子抚养规范的适用难点；其观念意涵，注重保护子女合法权益、确保子女身心健康、维护亲子抚养秩序、促进亲子关系和谐、提升亲子抚养质量。我国亲子抚养规范的立法表达与司法适用，恪守了立法传统，延续了司法理念，完善了应对策略，契合民众的抚养认知与风俗习惯，具有平等保护理念与人文关怀精神。 |

| China's parental support norms have been progressively established, developed, refined, and optimized alongside the legislative process concerning marriage and family. This has resulted in a tripartite legislative model guided by fundamental principles, achieving integration and coherence among legislative expression, judicial application, and conceptual implications. Its legislative expression optimizes the legislative model for parental support norms, highlighting their ethical aspirations. Its judicial application focuses on refining the rules for applying parental support norms and resolving challenges in their implementation. Its conceptual implications emphasize protecting children's lawful rights and interests, ensuring their physical and mental well-being, maintaining the order of parental support, fostering harmonious parent-child relationships, and enhancing the quality of parental support. The legislative expression and judicial application of Chinas parental support norms uphold legislative traditions, continue judicial concepts, optimize response strategies, align with public perceptions of support obligations and customary practices, and embody the concepts of equal protection and humanitarian care. |
