| 边缘计算的分布性、近数据源性有助于政府数据开放平台的高效建设，能够提高部门、区域之间数据的协调性，保障数据安全与隐私，提升各主体之间的数据共享、处理水平。针对边缘计算的离散性、硬件性能差异性、制度缺失性所带来的内容失真、决策偏差、数据泄露、责任主体不明等风险，应当建立统筹不同管理者的协调主体，明确数据考核机制与备份机制，并在法律规范层面加以规制，明确各主体所应当承担的责任。 |

| The distributed and near-data source nature of edge computing contributes to the efficient construction of government data open platforms, thereby improving the coordination and deployment of data between departments and regions, fortifying data security and privacy, and enhancing the level of data sharing and processing among various subjects. To mitigate the risks of content distortion, decision-making bias, data leakage, and unclear responsible subjects brought about by the discrete nature of edge computing, the differences in hardware performance, and the lack of systems, it is necessary to set up a coordinating body for coordinating different administrators, clarify the data assessment mechanism and backup mechanism, and regulate them at the level of legal norms, clarify the responsibilities of the various subjects. |
