| 法治中国建设是一个历史性的实践过程，内嵌于中国国家转型的总体性进程之中，中国式现代化新道路落实于法治领域形成了中国特色社会主义法治道路。国家的现代化转型构成中国特色社会主义法治发展的深层动力；党的领导、人民当家作主、依法治国有机统一构成中国特色社会主义法治国家的总体逻辑；全面依法治国，建设中国特色社会主义法治体系构成中国特色社会主义法治建设的现实路径。这三方面共同构成了中国特色社会主义法治道路的实践形态，贯穿于其中的一条中轴主线是中国共产党的领导。因此，党的领导是中国特色社会主义法治的突出特点和根本保障；在推动中国特色社会主义法治事业的进程中，党的领导和依法治国的关系是必须始终处理好的一对根本关系。 |

| Abstract: |
| The construction of the rule of law in China is a historical practice process embedded in the overall process of Chinas national transformation. The practice of the new path of Chinese style modernization in the field of rule of law has formed the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics. The modernization and transformation of the country constitutes the deep driving force for the development of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics; the organic unity of the leadership of the party， democracy， and the rule of law constitute the overall logic of the socialist rule of law country with Chinese characteristics; comprehensively governing the country according to law and building a socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics constitute a realistic path for the construction of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics. These three aspects together constitute the practical form of the road of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics， and a central axis running through it is the leadership of the Communist Party of China. Therefore， the leadership of the party is the prominent feature and fundamental guarantee of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics; in the process of promoting the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics， the relationship between the leadership of the party and the rule of law is a fundamental relationship that must always be well handled. |
