| 系统、深入、精准地提炼出习近平法治思想的原创性理论贡献，是习近平法治思想研究的一项重大课题。在法治地位论上，习近平法治思想从经世济民、治国安邦等方面，创造性地提出了法治强国、法安天下、法治固根本稳预期利长远等重要命题。在法治道路论上，习近平法治思想把法治道路选择问题置于法治首要地位，深入阐释了中国特色社会主义法治道路的理论精髓、实践精义，构建起了系统完备的法治道路理论。在法治结构论上，习近平法治思想原创性地提出法治体系范畴，并对法治宏观结构作了多重划分，开辟了法治结构论发展新境界。在法治关系论上，习近平法治思想深刻揭示了政与法、党与法、法与民、法与德等重大关系，揭开了法治关系论发展新篇章。在法治与发展论上，习近平法治思想系统阐释了法治与国家治理、经济发展、政治发展、文化发展、社会发展、生态文明发展的关系，构成了当代世界最具原创性的法治和发展理论。在法治方法论上，习近平法治思想系统提出了领导推进法治建设的科学思维、正确策略、有效方法，创造性地构建起了一个全新的法治方法论体系。关键词 |

| Systematic， deep and accurate extraction of the original theoretical contribution of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is a major topic in the study of Chinas legal theory. In the theory of the status of the rule of law， Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law creatively put forward important propositions， such as strengthening the country by law， ensuring the world by law， consolidating the foundation of the rule of law， stabilizing the expectation of long term benefits， and so on. In the theory of the road of rule of law， it places the choice of the road of rule of law in the primary position of the rule of law， deeply explains the theoretical essence and practical essence of the socialist road of rule of law with Chinese characteristics， and constructs a systematic and complete theory of the road of rule of law. In the theory of the structure of the rule of law， it creatively puts forward the category of the system of the rule of law， and makes multiple divisions of the macro structure of the rule of law， opening up a new realm for the development of the theory of the structure of the rule of law. In the theory of the relationship between the rule of law and others， it has profoundly revealed the important relations between politics and law， the party and law， law and people， law and morality， and opened a new chapter in the development of the theory of the relationship between the rule of law and others. In the theory of rule of law and development， it systematically explains the relationship between rule of law and national governance， economic development， political development， cultural development， social development and ecological civilization development， and constitutes the most original theory of rule of law and development in the contemporary world. In the methodology of rule of law， it puts forward scientific thinking， correct strategies and effective methods for leaders to promote the construction of rule of law， and creatively constructs a new methodology system of rule of law. |
