| 在过去的三十多年间,自加、英、美、澳等国渐次兴起了所谓法律地理学（空间-法律）研究。尽管到目前为止,该研究尚未形成很清晰的理论图式;但透过其新颖的方法还是可以看出它开阔的理论视野及宏大的理论抱负。对我们而言,不只是要去理解这一研究动向在其学术谱系下的基本理路;还要结合我国的社会背景,辨识其中可能的问题域,进而透过对社会现象的阐释以反思我们关于法律的一些思考方式。在更远的未来,则是于跨学科、交叉学科、后学科领域贡献来自我国经验的法律地理学研究。 |

| Understanding Legal Geography: From a Perspective of Space |

| Over the past 30 years, the so called legal geography （space legal） research has gradually emerged from Canada, Britain, the United States, and Australia. Although the study has not yet formed a very clear theoretical pattern so far, its broad theoretical horizons and grand theoretical ambitions can be observed through its novel approach. For us, it is not only necessary to understand the basic principles of this research trend under its academic pedigree, but also to identify the possible problem in the light of our social background, and then to reflect on the ways of thinking about law through the interpretation of social phenomena. Furthermore, it is a study of legal geography that has contributed to Chinas experience in cross disciplinary, interdisciplinary, and post disciplinary fields. |
