| 习近平总书记宪法监督重要论述是习近平法治思想不可分割的重要组成部分。习近平总书记从宪法监督的科学内涵、健全和完善宪法监督机制和程序、坚持宪法实施宪法解释宪法监督系统推进、人大宪法监督在党和国家监督体系的地位与作用等多个方面对中国特色宪法监督制度与理论提出了具体明确的要求。本文围绕习近平总书记关于宪法监督的重要论述，就上述四个层面的要求进行了学理阐释。习近平总书记宪法监督重要论述对于推动中国特色宪法监督理论研究与中国宪法学自主知识体系和话语体系的建设具有重大的理论指导意义与深刻的现实意义。关键词习近平法治思想宪法监督宪法实践健全宪法全面实施制度体系 |

| General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on constitutional supervision is an integral part of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law. General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward specific and clear requirements for the Chinese characteristic constitutional supervision system and theory from multiple aspects， including the scientific connotation of constitutional supervision， the improvement and perfection of constitutional supervision mechanisms and procedures， the promotion of the constitutional interpretation and supervision system， and the status and role of the National People's Congress constitutional supervision in the party and state supervision system. This article focuses on General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on constitutional supervision and provides a theoretical explanation of the requirements at the four levels mentioned above. The important discourse on constitutional supervision by General Secretary Xi Jinping has significant theoretical guidance and profound practical significance for promoting the theoretical research on constitutional supervision with Chinese characteristics and the construction of China's independent knowledge and discourse system in constitutional law. |
