| 刑事诉讼中的检察官制度并非与刑事诉讼活动同时产生，为了破除纠问制下法官权力的无所限制和被告人无所防御的弊端才创设了检察官制度。在控诉原则的指导下，检察官担任控方进行追诉犯罪和保障人权的活动，而这一活动的强力需求与传统女性的刻板印象格格不入。在刑事司法实践中，女检察官数量不断增加的现象与刑事司法理念的多元化发展之间呈现出相互促进的趋势，而女检察官在工作中对性别特征的刻意回避进一步说明了女性在刑事司法场域中仍然呈现出一种迎合的姿态。在多元化的诉讼理念取代单一的惩罚观念之后，更应注重对女性经验的运用，以实现关怀伦理对公正伦理的补充。 |

| Abstract: |
| The prosecutor system was not generated at the same time as the criminal proceedings. The prosecutor system was created in order to get rid of the unrestricted power of judges under the inquisitorial system and protect the defendant's litigation rights. Under the guidance of prosecution principal， the prosecutors carry out the activities of prosecuting crimes and protecting human rights， however the nature of prosecution is incompatible with the traditional stereotypes of women. Currently， the increasing number of female prosecutors and the diversified development of criminal judicial concepts have developed mutually， but female prosecutors hide their gender characteristics deliberately in their work further illustrates the fact that women are still in a stance of catering in the criminal justice field. After the diversified litigation ideas replaced the single concept of punishment， more attention should be paid to the female experiences to realize the complement of care ethics to justice ethics. |
