| 自治、法治、德治相结合的乡村治理模式，以法治为支撑基点，以法治现代化为基本目标指向。推进乡村法治现代化，根本在于坚持以现代法治价值理念构建乡村法律秩序。改革开放以来中国乡村社会在走向法治现代化道路的过程中，形成了几种较为典型的治理模式，包括“板块式结合”路径下的“德法并举”模式、“渗透式结合”路径下的“德法融合”模式，以及“法律改造道德”路径下的“现代化转型”模式，这几种模式虽各有利弊，但均具有一定的内在合理性。“法治”成色不足、“德治”价值筛选、“自治”价值缺位仍是乡村治理需要面对的紧迫问题。为此，应坚持以自治为基本目标、以法治为基本方向、以德治为重要辅助的“三治融合”乡村治理体系建构策略，努力推进“三治融合”治理体系在广大乡村社会的全面覆盖，在乡村社会走出一条中国式法治现代化的独特道路。 |

| A Comparative Analysis of the Multiple Models of Rural Grassroots Governance Integrating Self-Governance, Rule of Law and Rule of Virtue |

| Abstract: |
| The rural governance model integrating self-governance, rule of law and rule of virtue takes the rule of law as its basic guarantee and the modernization of the rule of law as its development orientation. The essence of rural rule of law modernization lies in building a rural legal order based on modern values and concepts of the rule of law. Since the reform and opening-up, several typical governance models have taken shape in China‘s rural society in the process of advancing the modernization of the rule of law, including the model of “attaching equal importance to virtue and law” under the “plate based integration” approach, the model of “integration of virtue and law” under the “penetrative integration” approach, and the model of “modernization transformation” under the approach of “law transforming morality”. Despite their respective advantages and disadvantages, all these models bear certain inherent rationality. However, insufficient emphasis on the “rule of law”, inadequate value screening of the “rule of virtue” and the marginalization of “self governance” values remain pressing challenges confronting rural governance. In response, strategies should be adopted to construct a rural governance system of “integrating the three governances” with self-governance as the basic goal, the rule of law as the fundamental direction and the rule of virtue as an important supplement. Efforts shall be made to promote the full coverage of such an integrated governance system in rural areas, so as to blaze a unique path of Chinese-style modernization of the rule of law in rural China. |
